REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy of Fortune 91 – Fortune 91 Pro International Pvt. Ltd.

At Fortune 91 Pro International Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we take great pride in the quality of our Ayurvedic and wellness products. We aim to ensure that every customer has a satisfying shopping experience at www.shopfortune91.com. This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which customers (“you”, “your”, “User”) may return products, request refunds, or cancel orders.

By purchasing from our Website, you agree to be bound by this Policy.


1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

a) Products purchased through www.shopfortune91.com are eligible for return, replacement, refund, or cancellation only in accordance with the conditions stated herein.

b) This Policy is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Company. Users are advised to review it periodically.

c) This Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.


2. RETURNS

a) Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or tampered.

  • The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the order.

  • The product delivered is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.

b) Conditions for return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

  • The request must be raised within 7 (seven) days of delivery.

c) Products not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance.

  • Personal care or wellness items where packaging has been tampered with, due to safety & hygiene concerns.


3. REPLACEMENTS

a) If the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement of the same product.

b) Replacement is subject to product availability. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed instead.


4. REFUNDS

a) Refunds will be processed in the following situations:

  • The returned product has been received and verified by our quality team.

  • The ordered product is not available for replacement.

  • An order is canceled before dispatch.

b) Refund timeline:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the purchase.

c) Shipping charges:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect product).


5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

a) Customers may cancel an order only if the request is placed before the order has been dispatched.

b) Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, you may still apply for return/refund as per Sections 2 and 4 of this Policy.

6. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

a) Customers must ensure that returned products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

b) In cases where the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong product ordered), the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

c) In cases where the return is due to company error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect product), Fortune 91 will bear the shipping charges.


7. PROCESS FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

b) Step 2: Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
c) Step 3: Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you on return shipment.
d) Step 4: Once the returned product is received and verified, a replacement or refund will be processed.


8. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be responsible for delays in refunds, replacements, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or logistical restrictions.


9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

a) Any disputes relating to returns, refunds, or cancellations shall be first attempted to be resolved amicably.

b) If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration at MEERUT , UP, India.
