a) All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
b) You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, followed by a tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
c) In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
a) We ship orders through trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
b) Standard delivery timelines:

c) Delivery times are estimates and subject to logistics partner schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
a) Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before finalizing the order.
b) We may offer free shipping promotions on select orders or above a minimum purchase value.
c) Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a product error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product).
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
a) Currently, www.shopfortune91.com ships orders within India only.
b) International shipping may be introduced in the future. Updates will be posted on this page.
5. DELIVERY POLICY
a) Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate and complete.
b) If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
c) Once the order is delivered to the registered address, responsibility for the product passes to the customer.

c) We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We shall not be liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
